They called and presented themselves as D&B and I automatically assumed it was D&B Canada (Dun & Bradstreet Canada) and wanted to confirm what seemed like business directory information (address, phone #, fax #, name of president and when started doing business).

They are rude and liars beware debt collection agency, claiming to be a lawyer.

Receive calls from 8am - 8pm practically hourly of every day. They do not leave a message & there is a delay in answering. I have asked them to stop calling to no avail. This is just wrong & they need to be stopped.

Told me that if i didn't pay an oustanding debt that he was going to call local police to come and arrest me. He also wanted my corporate office number to let them be aware of me being arrested.

When I answer they either speak in spanish and when I answer in english they hang up or when I say hello they hang up.....

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. Caller stated he was representing a legal case and there was pending case against me that would be brought to trial tomorrow. The caller refused to give me their address, how much i owed, the fax number or the client they were representing. I dont know how these guys get your number or what do they get out of calling you. Do they think someone is stupid enough to fall for the crap they are claiming. I don't take kindly to threats either. They also made a threat to arrest me at mey job.

I received a text message from this number this morning saying they reviewed my application for the marketing job I applied for and would like for me to call them back. I'm currently looking for a job so it seemed semi-legit (minus the fact they texted instead of called and didn't leave a name or company). however, upon Googling the number I discovered it's a scam.

Did not pick up this call. It was called to a mobile number registered in Toronto, Canada.

has called me twice a day everyday sence i got my cell phone last week i have informed him multiple time that he had the wrong number and to stop calling but he doesnt i tried to call back but its an International freaking number!

I've been left several messages from this number, from a Chris Davis, Ms. Rue, and Lisa. They do not state who they are calling for or for what reason other than they have "my case for review" and need "my statement". When I have called the number back, it connects to a strange extension that I can't leave a message for. This is a complete SCAM!
